Jonathan has 30 years of communications and marketing experience in the real estate industry, counseling many leading executives. For the past 20 years he has also authored Emerging Trends in Real Estate, the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) premier annual industry forecast and speaks extensively on suburban and urban issues. He is also author of ULI's Infrastructure 2011: A Strategic Priority, a report that challenges the United States to treat infrastructure like the investment that it is, by developing a targeted, long-term, and integrated infrastructure strategy. He has led marketing/communications teams at Equitable Real Estate, Lend Lease, and GMAC Commercial Mortgage (Capmark Finance), overseeing re-branding programs for those firms as well as for COMPASS, Boston Financial and Amresco when they were acquired by Lend Lease. He has extensive crisis communications and corporate-change experience. Miller is the author of the bi-weekly blog, TrendCzar, featured on GlobeSt.com. Miller graduated with honors from Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism and earned a law degree cum laude from American University. He is a Board Member of NYC Outward Bound and Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO).
Mary Beth has more than 15 years experience in all facets of marketing and communications, working with Mr. Miller for more than a decade. She has held marketing and communications roles with SUBWAY, Equitable Real Estate, Lend Lease and GMAC Commercial Mortgage (Capmark Finance). While at Lend Lease (ASX: LLC) she managed the corporation’s global media relations, as well as shareholder and internal communications activities, based in Sydney, Australia. Additionally, she is an expert in conceptualizing and managing company websites with broad knowledge of content management and usability issues. Ryan received her BA in Marketing and Communications from Xavier University, Cincinnati.
